Inmate Letters

I received your Birthday card last night and it was a unexpected surprise. I wanted to send a brief thank you and let you know what it meant to me; the small things sometimes means so much. Your organization has been a beacon through these tough times, and it’s the things like this card that set you apart from the rest. Thank you again for the card and for everything you do. God bless you. – Antonio R, Dillwyn CC, VA

I just wanted to say thank you, brothers and sisters at Saints Prison Ministry for the Birthday card you sent me. It’s a blessing that you remembered my Birthday. It’s so awesome to have brothers and sisters in Christ like you. I wish everyone had love in their hearts for prisoners as you do. Please keep up the good work you are doing for our Lord. And thank you for reaching out to us Spanish brothers. That’s a blessing. I also want to know if you have any Bible studies you can send me. If you do, can you please send it to me in English? Again thank you for your wonderful ministry. And may God bless your ministry always. And please keep in touch. – Milton M., Lunenburg CC, VA

Last year, I went to the ball field here at Concord State Prison with the expectations of seeing an outside ball game from a local team, like I have heard about from a long time ago. I am new to the system but the church I belong to helps out with the kiros program. I was surprised at the very pleasant response from the team players when I went up to watch the great game. Boy, do you have some great hitters and the fielding was also wonderful. The message that you have brought helped not only me but others also, I am glad that you came to our little place and spent time with us. I did fill out a prayer card and I did talk with a few nice gentlemen. Please keep up the great work. – Timothy B., New Hampshire State Prison for Men, NH

I just wanted to give glory to God in acknowledging the awesome work that you Saints are accomplishing. For the past few years, your ministry has been the only one who has sent me written correspondence on my Birthday. In this digital day and age, you, your ministry, and “The New Creation” are truly a blessing! This shows me your commitment to God’s creations, and for that I thank you. Your works have revealed to me that even if I don’t get a miracle, I can still be a miracle to someone else… please continue to allow God to use you and may the Creator of our being continue to bless you and yours. – Carl C., Federal CC, FL

In trying times, people often become complacent and forget about others. It is amazing and by God’s timing that I received the birthday greeting that you sent me on 9/11. I can never thank all of you enough for the prayers and concerns you have for all of us in this delusion of a false hope. We are all in darkness with the restrictions that are continually placed upon us, but life will always find a way with the great love God has for us. I enjoyed doing the Bible Trivia you sent me. I knew all of the answers without looking in my Bible except for the last question, which was how many years did Adam live. I figured that Adam passed on from this life in the world when he was somewhere around 900 years. But the correct answer was 930 years so I was a little off. I also enjoyed reading the New Creation article that is based on 2 Corinthians 5:17. Along with knowing that if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, I like what it says in Jeremiah 29:11. The Lord, Jesus Christ reveals the thoughts he has for us, which are of peace, and not evil, to give us an expected end. The way I see it is that God has a purpose for each and every one of us to give us an expected end of His greatness that is waiting to unfold in our lives when we are ready and willing to receive it. I appreciate the time and concern you have in this matter. God will surely bless you and increase your territory so you can witness to others just like He did for Jabez in 1 Chronicles 4:9-10. I will also be praying for all of you. – Albert Y., SCI Smithfield, PA

UNTIL THE WHOLE WORLD HEARS!

In 2020, God accomplished a great many things for the Saints Prison Ministry. Although we were shut out of the prisons for most of the year, we were still able to share the gospel with a multitude of inmates before the shutdown.

Sadly, in March, our seasons were put on hold while the world struggled with COVID-19. However, we need your help to be ready to take the Gospel to those living in darkness when the gates open again! Will you join us in our goal for 2021 to answer every invitation we receive?
